RoboRealm Vision Example 1
This is a vision example using the RoboRealm vision system and a Visual Basic 6 example. VB applications can send commands and receive information from the Max robot via the serial port.
This RoboRealm project is set up to detect the center of a red object (a cup) and pass the coordinates to the VB application.
The VB application displays the coordinates of the red object and will attempt to rotate toward the object. If the object is centered, the robot will stop.
The example system consists of the following hardware/software:
- Max 96 Round Base
- Hc11 MC Processor
- Sonar/Encoder Driver Board
- MC Motor Driver
- Max CORE software (HC11)
- Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 (Laptop)
- Logitech Camera
- Roborealm vision system
